You upload your PDF via a secure SSL connection (HTTPS).
2. Encryption
Your file is immediately stored encrypted (AES-256).
3. Analysis
Lea temporarily reads the contract into memory for analysis.
4. Storage
The report is stored securely. You hold the only key.
What we DO
- All data is transmitted and stored encrypted.
- We strictly comply with GDPR legislation.
- You always retain full ownership of your data.
- You can permanently delete your account and all data at any time.
- We use anonymized data only to improve the AI (opt-out possible).
What we DON'T do
- We NEVER sell your personal data to third parties.
- We do not share your contract with your landlord or agent.
- We do not keep your data longer than necessary.
- We do not use your email address for spam.
- We do not manually look into your documents without your permission.
